Dr. Donald Mitzelfelt’s treated bones, muscles and joints throughout Central Illinois since 1994. At Midwest Orthopaedic Center, he helps patients return home, better than before.
Originally hailing from the West Coast, Dr. Mitzelfelt completed his studies and residency at Loma Linda University School of Medicine. Since then, he’s traded the palm tree-lined hills of California for the temperate climate of Pekin without losing a sunny disposition. With decades of medical expertise, he helps guide patients to recovery.
He’s also a pioneer of new medical techniques, like the revolutionary VISIONAIRE™ Patient Matched Instrumentation process, in which unique knee implants are tailored to comfortably fit the patient through the use of 3D imaging techniques –– all under the surgeon’s direction. With Dr. Mitzelfelt, you’ll find the right fit for your bones, muscles and joints.
